[Feature request] Auto-name new notes with date and time

Currently, every new text note is named “untitled.” When saving notes without manually renaming them, this can cause accidental file overwrite or rewrite conflicts.

Please consider automatically naming new note files using the current date and time. This would prevent duplicate filenames and make notes easier to manage.

Example filename:
2026-02-02_16-38.txt

This behavior would be especially helpful for quick notes and improve file safety by default.
