You may also choose to supply your own TLS certificate with CertificateManager instead of invoking Let's Encrypt. The value set for `OP_TLS_DOMAIN` must match the common name of the certificate.

Common name is deprecated for the canonical subject of a TLS certificate. We should reference SAN (Subject Alternative Name) instead.
