New to nuqs and I'm using it in a React Router v6 application. Whenever the search parameters are updated, the page scrolls to the top of the page. Specifically in my case I'm rending setting active tabs and rendering their contents based on the search parameters so this defeats the purpose of keeping the user at the same scroll location when a different tab is clicked. scroll: falseis the default, so it should be the same as not specifying it, and the default behaviour should be to not scroll to the top of the page on updates. You'd only opt-in to a scroll withscroll: true.
