Stable Diffusion Web UI LAB TESTING

Hey Guys, I am testing stable diffusion in a lab environment. I want to have students/windows user to be able to use it on their separate profiles. When separate users run stable diffusion they have to open and close it several times before it starts working correctly. It would get the attached error code before it executes correctly. I gave permissions to all of the folders I can think of and also edited the webui batch file to allow safe.directory access of every important folder. Does anyone know how to make this run smoother in this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreaciated. I am certain that it is the transferring of the rights of ownership and Git needing to run during the execution of this phase everytime that may be causing issues.
