I'm completely lost and have no idea what I'm doing!

So I've been trying to get Stable Diffusion to work on my pc for MONTHS. Everywhere I go there's some guide or list of recommendations but I have no idea how to read or process anything on this site. If its something as simple as I don't have the right specs or whatever I'd love to be given the chance to just give up on this.

SDWUI works on my old laptop but its super slow and takes like a minute just to write the prompt and another 8 minute for the image to generate.

On this PC i have an Nvidia GF RTX 5070 12gb, and my CPU is a AMD Ryzen 7900x 12-CP. (If there's anything else you need to know to help, just ask me and ill find out as soon as i can)

As for all the things I need to install for this to work I think i have python and pip installed, but just assume i don't and please tell me what versions of them i need to install are. Also i think there's something called githud that runs things but that also confused me because that's also the name of this site.

Link and files for everything i need would help a lot, I'm at my wits end and just want to be able to generate images on my own without having to pay for other sites
