I'm currently on the hunt for a Networking Library. While C++ has basic Socket Request support, it doesn't fully support HTTP/HTTPS, which is what I need, and every library either refuses to cooperate with compilation, or gives me a middle finger with implementing it into the Program Logic.

So... you might want to wait a bit.
