Trixie Install - IP address Issue?

I am currently trying to run this on RPI Trixie, I know it may not be supported yet. I am getting a DHCP IP address 10.0.2.x/24 where is that coming from? My switch is giving out 10.10.11.x/24 IPs If I set a static IP, I am not able to to reach the switch. Release/Renew does not work. I can try a static route in the Win11 but it would be nice if I was able to get correct IP. My main goal is to reach applications running on the CM5 in a cluster.

Not yet tested, but I fixed the only known dependency issue with trixie. If you got the VM running then it definitely works.

QEMU does not make any changes to network configuration. I'm not super familiar with network protocols, but AFAIK, it creates a VLAN for Windows, but then uses the host's network connection just as any other linux application would.

• If you need specific IP addresses for the entire CM5, then that needs to be done from the linux side. Change DHCP or (more likely) NetworkManager settings from within Pi OS.
• If you actually want the VM to get its own IP address, that would require some googling, some searching past issues, and some changes to the bvm-config file.
