All Challenges: Ongoing/Upcoming/Past counts are incorrect

On the All Challenges page, the counts shown in the tabs (Ongoing / Upcoming / Past) are incorrect/inconsistent.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to EvalAI.
2. Go to Dashboard → All Challenges.
3. Note the counts displayed in tab headers: Ongoing (X), Upcoming (Y), Past (Z).

It happens when the number of present/past/future challenges are 150+ in the database.

Hi @RishabhJain2018, I've analyzed this issue and identified the root cause.

Problem: The tab counts use array.length which shows incomplete values during pagination (max 150/page). When 150+ challenges exist, users see the count "grow" as pages load instead of the correct total.

Solution: Capture the count field from the first API response and display that instead of array.length.

Files to modify:

• frontend/src/js/controllers/challengeListCtrl.js - Add count variables and capture from API
• frontend/src/views/web/challenge-list.html - Use count variables in tab labels

I have the fix ready and tested (all 567 frontend tests pass). Would love to work on this if still available!
