Improve “Add more Account” Accessibility in UI

When users have many connected social accounts, the “Add account” button is only available at the bottom of the Accounts list. As the list grows, it's hard to discover and unnecessarily time-consuming, leading to confusion and friction.

Suggested improvements:

Move or duplicate the “Add account” actions to the right-side column

Add a sticky “Add account” button that stays visible while scrolling
