UI/UX Improvement (Better design, usability)

Current Behavior

The DataTableExport feature could use some improvements both in features but also in usability.

Proposed Improvement

Notably in these areas:

• Add hover over explanations for all Buttons
• Fix PDF Export (currently it exports the confirm Dialog)
• Add "real" PDF export, as it is currently just printing the screen
• Change the Name of the Downloads to encompass a timestamp and a description of the download.
