Getting Invalid app response for some downloads from Play Store

I'm trying to download cool.monkey.android from Google play but I get invalid response.
I tried adding locale=en_US and other regions but failed. The app is +18 do I need to add an age confirmation flag? 
Also the file is more than 100MB do i need to add something else (i tried split_apk=true but gets the same error)
