Pickle phar does not include completions

When trying to install completions, pickle informs there are none available:
```
$ pickle completion
Detected shell "bash", which is not supported by Symfony shell completion (supported shells: "").
```

I inspected the phar file, and could not find any references to completions files from `symfony/console` package, nor their contents.
