wpewebkit: Bump to version 2.46.5

Changes: * Fix audio/video synchronization issues in the GStreamer playback backend. * Fix the build with GBM and release logs disabled. * Fix several crashes and rendering issues. Patches: * Removed patch `0006-WPE-GTK-Build-fixes-for-gbm-disabled-and-release-log.patch` * The changes from the patch are now integrated upstream.
