Release tar file does not have the right directory structure

Hi, me again.

The [OpenCL-SDK-v2024.10.24-Source.tar.gz](https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCL-SDK/releases/download/v2024.10.24/OpenCL-SDK-v2024.10.24-Source.tar.gz) has an unintentional directory structure:
```
/home/runner/work/OpenCL-SDK/OpenCL-SDK/install/<actual contents>
```
when it should be:
```
<actual contents>
```
like in the zip.
