custom zone 49

i copy Reisenjima_Sanctorium's dat file to cover zone 49 dat file(copy rom\342\74.dat,rename 40.dat,then cover rom\0\40.dat) ,then copy losemeshes and navmeshe and cover to 49. can i just do this?
