External users are unable to connect to my server #9002

I recently built a server and got everything working for myself. I then went and attempted to open it up to others to have a couple of my friends join but they are unable to connect to the server. I can connect using my external IP but they cannot connect. Ports are forwarded, zone IP is set to my external IP, firewall exceptions also have been made. I have Google Fiber and they use CGNAT so I am using PureVPN with a dedicated IP and port forwarding as a workaround. They advertise this as a workaround for CGNAT hosting game servers so I thought it would work. Any help or other CGNAT workaround suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is the error they get when attempting to connect. |

It sounds like I'm SOL then? If so, then I will see if my friend can host it instead. |
