Unable to interact with Conquest Gate Guards

I'm running into an issue when speaking with the gate guards that give signet and allow you spend conquest points. For some reason, after updating the server earlier they will just not respond to players and the map server console will throw the following error. I have no idea what the problem could be here. This happens with existing characters and newly created characters.

i see this has a bug posted and pull request that should fix the error, i will close this discussion
