Mono-inertial Support #247

Is mono-inertial still supported?
There are no EurocMono configurations on master anymore (I managed to find them in an old commit). Moreover, upon trying with those parameters on custom data, I get errors like:
F1228 23:52:16.780234 190791 StereoFrame.cpp:107] Baseline after rectification differs from nominal:
- Abnormal baseline: -0.00461449
- Nominal baseline: -0.00461449
(not within +/-10% bounds)
Which should be solely for stereo?
