Support for Generic S3-Compatible Object Storage and Custom Endpoints #231

What new feature or improvement would you like to see?
Currently, OSMO's storage configuration appears to be restricted to specific cloud providers (AWS S3, Swiftstack, GCP, TOS, and Azure Blob). We would like to see support for Generic S3-compatible storage (such as Weka Data Platform, MinIO, or Ceph).
Specifically, the application needs to support Custom Endpoints, allow users to specify a custom endpoint_url (e.g., http://10.225.0.67:9000) separately from the bucket name.
Why is this needed?
Supporting generic S3-compatible storage is essential for enterprise users who deploy OSMO in on-prem or air-gapped environments where public cloud access is restricted.
