I trained on the indoor dataset you provided, and the results were very good.

Method: ours_40000
  SSIM :    0.9024410
  PSNR :   29.4576130
  LPIPS:    0.1819121

However, after I further used convert_3dgs.py for conversion, the final results became very poor. Could you please advise what might be the reason? I look forward to your reply.

Number of points at initialisation :  5373700
Test PSNR: 7.038003078726835

I also tested on the lab dataset. The final PSNR is acceptable.

But the visualization results are not very impressive. Is this normal?

I also tested on the stair dataset following your demonstration. While the final PSNR is acceptable, the visualization results are less impressive, as shown below. The overall geometry looks reasonable, but the colors seem to be consistently off.
