Add support for System.DateOnly/TimeOnly and NodaTime types

It is currently not possible to use System.DateOnly/TimeOnly or NodaTime types. OpenRIAServices should add support for using properties of these types.

• update allowed types
• update query string converter
• add test where types are parameters (get and post)
• add test for returning and sybmitting entities with properties od date and time

Search for primitive to find existing test that can be updated or used as inspiration.

Ensure we have codegen test covering these

I think it would make sense to separate nodatime and DateoOnly/TimeOnly support as 2 different features.

Feature overview:

• Should be supported as method parameters (normal, nullable and as part of complex objects)
  (see query string converter)
• Should be supported as return values (normal, nullable and as part of complex objects)
• Should be supported as entity properties (normal, nullable and as part of complex objects)
• Should be usable in queries
  • test TimeOnly in query
  • test DateOnly in query
• Code generation should work without issues

The unblocking of DateOnly / TimeOnly can be done for all frameworks (so including net8, but not for .NET Framework),
but the test only need to be run on .NET10 or never since previous do not serialise them correctly.

• It should be supported to have a class library compiled using NET8 with domainservice using DateTime, as long as the "hosting" project and actual runtime is .NET10 it should work..
• It might be required to add .NET10 build of AspNetCore hosting

Suggested test coverage to add:

• DateOnly/TimeOnly and Nullable, Nullable as method arguments
  • Maybe add a new method similar to TestMethodWithParameters_PrimitiveTypes and GetMixedTypes_PrimitiveQuery
• DateOnly/TimeOnly and nullable versions as entity properties
  • Adding a new method similar to TestMethodWithParameters_PrimitiveTypes (as suggested above) would test returning values to client, maybe a test should alsow verify that submit/update (sending values to server) works
• DateOnly/TimeOnly and Nullable, Nullable as properties on complex type
  • both as method arguments and on (entity
• DateOnly/TimeOnly and nullable versions as invoke return values

Additional work to allow queries support

• DateTime and TimeOnly related methods must be added to allow relevant methods to be used in queries in order to allow filtering etc.

• See TestQuery_DateTimeSupport for example current DateTime support

Relevant code can be found in QuerySerializer and types in System.Linq.Dynamic namespace (server side) such as internal partial class ExpressionParser

Notes

Changing domainservices will change generated code, and code generation tests are expected to fail.

Look at the failure message for instructions of how to update the baseline and make the test work
