autoconf v2.72 may be needed to update configure script

We merged #1113, which modified configure.ac.
So now we need to regenerate the autoconf files, , eg. "./configure".

But my Ubuntu 24.04 says that my "autoconf is already the newest version (2.71-3)".
I think the current autoconf files in PortAudio were generated using 2.72!

Is it OK to use 2.71-3 to regenerate them?

Or should we ask someone with v2.72 to do the regeneration?

I believe the command would be:

autoreconf -fi
