Nebula Textures Plugin Alternative, Offline Plate-Solver

Hi,

Would it be possible to allow the Nebula Textures plugin to use an alternative, offline plate-solver? Such as a local version of Astrometry.net (Ansvr: (https://adgsoftware.com/ansvr/) or a popular cross-platform plate-solver such as ASTAP, https://www.hnsky.org/astap.htm.

This would allow potentially faster addition of textures and allow the plugin to be used in offline and poor connectivity environments.

#4003 marks Local solving as Deferred, so I assume it's planned. @ultrapre is there any development ongoing in this direction?

Yes, I did try several offline solvers recommended by NINA when developing this plugin few months ago, but the results were not satisfactory. I just saw the cli released by astap half a month ago, and found that it works well for most finished images. I plan to add it as soon as possible.
