All Errors (logging.error) should be notified to user

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I created a symlink some days ago to gitify my config files and I noticed that when saving a config change in UI I had errors in log file:

2026-01-29 22:16:48,825 - ERROR - [MainThread] cura.Settings.ContainerManager.updateQualityChanges [324]: Could not update quality of a nonexistent or read only quality profile in stack Creality Ender-3 / Ender-3 v2

This error (and all errors IMHO) should be clearly showed to the user in the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like

The solution is something like a popup saying "Cura encountered an error, details can be found in log file [here] (link to log file so user can open it with a text editor)"

If this were to ever happen, I would want a switch to shut it off.
