Feature: Enable Filtering of Active and Inactive Entities

Currently, there is no way to filter proplets or jobs based on their status (e.g., active/inactive proplets or running/finished jobs). This makes it difficult to quickly find relevant items when working with a large number of proplets or jobs.

Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

Add status-based filtering capabilities for both proplets and jobs, specifically:

For Proplets:

• Filter by active status
• Filter by inactive status
• Filter by other relevant status types (if applicable)

For Jobs:

• Filter by running status
• Filter by finished status
• Filter by failed status
• Filter by queued status (if applicable)
