Reuse/Merge ECR Scan results

AWS ECR provides built in scanning function for images hosted there. Trivy is very useful for scanning additional 3rd party images, it would be useful to pull the scan results from ECR and short circuit the internal scanner with a configuration or merge the 2 results intelligently.
