Blank screen when opening issue

Describe the bug
When opening an issue from the Atlassian sidebar in Visual Studio Code, the main editor displays a blank screen.
The last plugin version known to work correctly is 4.0.11.
The problem does not occur for all issues; some load correctly, others do not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Atlassian sidebar in Visual Studio Code.
2. Click on an issue.
3. The main editor tab shows a blank screen.

Expected behavior
The selected issue should open and display its details as usual.
