Verify that credit is given to the editor on `*.edited` events

I'm not sure whether the text of the email notes the author of the original comment as the originator of the toxicity warning or the editor of the comment when responding to an *.edited event. We should ensure that if they are different, the responsible party is mentioned in the notification email.
