[TBC to Wrath Bracket] Alliance Brigadier General and Horde Warbringer missing their CTA quests

Issue: chromiecraft/chromiecraft#8938 (the CTA Quest only, the other part already exists in base AC)

Currently only shows the vanilla ones, even questie (while not a source) says the same
