Setting burnin in LogCombiner v10.5.0

When loading .trees files into LogCombiner and setting the burnin value, the opposite seems to happen; what is identified as the burnin is kept and the rest is discarded. E.g. when the burnin value is set to 0, the LogCombiner output file is empty, and when the burnin is set to discard the first 25% of the output, the LogCombiner file contains only these 25%, etc.

I am unable to replicate this issue. Could you provide more information? The exact version you are using, what the command line is and perhaps the last few lines of the log file before and after?

I'm using LogCombiner v10.5.0.
It looks like this:
