VMRecreatedDuringExecution from Google Batch fails task

With Google batch this happens sporadically but recently quite often with Cromwell 91:

"Task XXX failed. The job was stopped before the command finished. GCP Batch task exited with VMRecreatedDuringExecution(50006)."

This fails the task and workflow and reruns are needed until the failure doesn't happen. I see in the code it should already be retried but it's not
