Unable to import using bazel dep - unknown attribute name provided

It looks like this was fixed in the 1.2.1.bcr.1 tag:

Can be fixed with the following line in your MODULE.bazel:
bazel_dep(name = "protoc-gen-validate", version = "1.2.1.bcr.1")

I just had to redo our import of this module into our monorepo using the source from BCR and ran into this issue. New tag resolved the error.
