Make BLE pairing process more transparent

Some people are reporting issues when they first connect V2 and start the script, the Browser fails to connect to the device.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think Pinecil takes time the first time to connect to a PC since it's Scanning then pairing - speed can vary based on PC and how close the pinecil is to the PC for BLE pairing.

Since the pinesam script makes the pairing process invisible to the user, is there a way to show them it's still pairing?

1. simply say in instructions, if browser fails to connect when starting the script, simply wait 30 sec and press F5 to refresh the browser as Pairing did not complete yet with the PC.
2. advise people to use a work-around to make it faster? for example add instructions to Pair with Windows Bluetooth first **before ** starting the script?
3. delay starting the browser UI by 5-10 seconds?
4. start the Browser UI the same, but add a message to the Error message, hit F5 to refresh as the Pairing may not have completed yet.

Additional context
I think in the future there will be a pop-up on the browser that displays a List of Unique Pinecil names so people can select the one they want to pair with since they may have multiple Pinecils in the room.
In meantime, what are the best suggestions to reassure people that there is nothing wrong and they just need to F5 browser or something since the pairing to BLE from Pinecil to PC takes a minute?
