enhancement: support S3 API extensions on the RGW

The radosgw extends some of the S3 APIs. Summary of these extensions for python (boto) clients is summaried here:

would be nice to suppor these extensions for golang clients.

@vanshika2424agr it would be great if you work on that. the idea is to add an extension to the AWS golang SDK so that it supports our S3 API extensions. to understand what are our API extensions to S3, the best way is to look at the file link to the json file above that implements that for python using the boto3 SDK.

for golang, it would require a different mechanism (as the API is expressed in code and not in json).
for example, we extended the PutBucketLogging API on the RGW with some extra fields that does not exists i nthe official implementation. see: https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2/blob/main/service/s3/api_op_PutBucketLogging.go
however, because we do not want to reimplement this entire API, we probably want to middleware system in the AWS SDK to override only the serialization part, adding out extra fields.
