Waived Controls tab with positive count is giving 404 Not Found error in Compliance Report screen #7293

Describe the bug
The Wavied Controls tab under the Compliance Report screen is failing with an HTTP 404 not found error.
In some nodes where waived controls have a positive count ie. more than 0, after clicking on that tab the API request is failing with a 404 Not found error. And on UI spinner is spinning indefinitely.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Login to Automate
- Go to Compliance Tab
- Select a random node with Wavied Controls
- Click on Waived Controls tab
Expected behavior
- If there is any waived control then we should get that control in response.
- The UI spinner should not spin indefinitely. It should stop and show the proper error on the screen.
- Also waived controls tab should show actual count of controls.
