question about anchor feature #99
Description
In the code, the anchor_feat is initialized to all zeros. How is the anchor_feat obtained in subsequent updates?
I know the multi-scale anchor feature is derived from the origin feature and downsampled feature. But the origin feature is confusing, I did not understand how it spawns.
