Description of the bug

When the hunting ground spawns in xenos, it will spawn in about half a screen's worth of weeds, including a weed node. The weeds themselves can be destroyed, but the node itself cannot be (at least with the tools predators have, I haven't tried a flamethrower).

This is somewhat annoying as it means you cannot purify the preserve for the next person.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

The node should be destructible via most melee weapons
