Issue description
when turn on this option, you will get is black screen at any scene with the UI camera.

Steps to reproduce
just use the cc3.8.8 open any project and goto Project setting > graphic > define "Custom" for pipeline name text box
create new scene add a canvas with default camera. -> add a button for test
build with that scene is default.
