[FR]: Prompt type selector when creating a new prompt in the library

Proposal summary

Right now every time that we create a new prompt in the library using the opik UI it is created as mustache by default.
The idea of this feature is to create a selector where you can choose the type of prompt that you want to create.

Motivation

All our code is using jinja templates so when product managers want to create a prompt in the library and test it in our system is not working.

No, it is not. Opik right now supports two type of prompts, JINJA and MUSTACHE.
But right now in the UI you can not create JINJA prompts, only mustaches ones.

So the idea is to have a selector where you can choose between those two types
