Admin account was reset without admin email

Hi,
Got kicked out of the system and now when trying to login the local admin, it doesn't go through. Is there a way to create a local admin via CLI or Terminal?

In the latest release, there is a script create_user.py in helper-scripts that can create an accounts. If you run it with the --help argument, it will tell you how to create an admin account with it, et cetera. Hopefully that addresses this issue!
