New release (2.5.0?)

Since the v2.4.1 release, multiple things have happened in the repo that would require a release of a new non-patch version, like:

• Dropping support for Python 3.8 - 3.9, adding support for Python 3.13 - 3.14
• Adding support for Django 6.0

and because pyproject.toml migration changes how we handle packaging, I think we need to validate the release workflow still works. It seems we don't need to do much manual work for a release, but also don't know was experience for previous releases so I'm not attempting it myself.

@ulgens I went ahead and published. I think Jonathan is probably okay with the progress we're making with this package. I didn't want to step on his toes, but I haven't heard any complaints, either.

I've pressed a release, available on PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/django-click/2.5.0/

I think I'll move us to use setuptool_scm to avoid having version numbers in multiple places, but that's a minor convenience.
