Python SDK feedback

Creating this overarching issue to provide feedback as I glance through the initial implementation.

• There are 2 READMEs in the python directory: python/README.md and python/ampersend-sdk/README.md. They appear to be redundant?
• I'd suggest calling the Python package library simply ampersend rather than ampersend_sdk
• Examples in the README don't all work (i.e: 'X402RemoteA2aAgent' object has no attribute 'run')
