SEC-201 - Additional terms from the ACTUS controlled vocabulary and mappings are needed to enable FIBO to be used as its underlying data fabric

Terminology required includes the ACTUS data dictionary, mappings from the terms therein to properties or other concepts in FIBO, and a way to represent the relevant applicability rules.
