problems in install step

I run "pip install -e ." after download the code, but the commad windows is still in "installing build dependencies", and it has downloaded more than 10G data. I have installed pytorch==2.9.0+cuda12.6, what data it is downloading? Is there any problems in my operation?

The build process has finished, and it successed. This process takes almost 3hours that need to wait.
