Sorry for the feature request but did not want to open a bug for this.

@fedden & @big-c-note what are the plans for this repo? It seems to be stale for 2 years now.

What were the reasons you have abandoned this project?
Did you hit a road block or did you just lose interest in the project?

I'm currently looking into the paper as well and digging into it. Would be interested in the state as well. Maybe we just take the tip and continue from here.....
