[protection rules] Disable automatic Copilot reviews #470
Description
Now Copilot is consuming one premium request per Copilot review for a PR. This is accounted to the user creating the PR, which has no saying if their PR should be reviewed or not, so it is unfair to consume their premium requests.
Because of this we should remove the automatic copilot review requests from branch protection rules.
