Parameter set as global context for project which consists from many cnab's #2919

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I suppose it would be convenient to use a common set of parameters as a global context for set of CNAB application. The entire project will be described by this set of global parameters.
In this way, it will be possible to define common variables for the CNAB set in the same set and avoid duplicating them, which can lead to errors.
Describe the solution you'd like
It is sufficient to disable an error call if the parameter set contains an element that is not described in the CNAB manifest.
