Skill-based retry hooks (no manual hook installation) #6
Description
Summary
Move Ralph's retry/guard hooks into skill frontmatter so they only fire when using flow-next skills.
Motivation
Current hooks fire on every Claude session in the repo. Even though they return noop when not needed, skill-scoped hooks would avoid firing entirely.
User benefit
- Zero overhead when not using flow-next skills
- Cleaner separation - skill behavior stays with the skill
- No global hook pollution
How it would work
Skills declare hooks in frontmatter. Claude Code loads them only when that skill is active.
