PSA module #14
Description
I propose that Hamper keep a list of Public Service Announcements relevant to students in #osu-lug, then whenever the channel is silent for more than a set interval (2 or 4 hours, perhaps?), state a PSA.
Only 1 PSA should be announced in any interval of silence.
PSAs should be added via PR to a repo, not via an in-channel command, to avoid abuse.
Perhaps the repo should have a website with a reasonably short URL, and each PSA should come with a link to a longer description (ie, if the PSA is that using RAID in a server can help prevent data loss if a single disk fails, link to a page on resources for learning about how to set up RAID and which configuration to choose).
