Same here. Some explications :
Yesterday in the middle of the afternoon, I launched the beta version update (core-2026.2.0b1). I left it running, and when I got home, I realized that Home Assistant had crashed, stuck on the “Loading page....” screen on all possible platforms (smartphone, tablet, etc.). After a forced reboot, everything was working again... almost. None of the integrations were working. I decided to restore using the backup from before the update, but then I realized that it was incomplete. So I restored the one from the day before (automatic backup), which went smoothly.
Today, I'm back to a “stable” version of Home Assistant, but I can't run a manual backup and the same error message in the logs :
